Hats off to Paramedic Chris today who responded to a medical alert button pressed by my 91 year old Mum who'd spent all night on the bathroom floor. He treated her with total respect & preserved her dignity, despite her situation. Hats off - really appreciated the way he dealt with a difficult & sensitive situation.
