Starting out in events we found this the perfect one stop shop for hospitality and kitchen supplies. Perfect location just out of Sydney CBD on William Street. Quality products ranged, super helpful staff, at both the counter and on both floors.
They were so kind and this place has everything I want or better!
Friendly staff and quick service
It's such a huge store that would suit every of your needs for cooking, baking and catering. The selection of products is amazing. Many imported items from Europe and other countries too. It's fun to even just browse through in the store. Prices are a bit high though. Staff were friendly.
Great kitchen & bar supplies. Good range. Nice staff. Honestly, chef's warehouse is better for higher end kitchen goodies, but these guys better for bar, service areas, front of house stuff.
I hadn’t been in there for years and the changes are unbelievable… the store now spans across 4 levels. There is a heavy equipment showroom on lower ground and a crockery/glassware showroom at the top. Great range and excellent customer service as well! Thank you QCC. Its great to see people invest in our industry!
This Hospitality Supplies store is on an industrial scale when it comes to stock! It's a well organised store, all display according to usage; from cups to glassware to cookware to syrups of all flavours. It's reasonably priced even for home owners buying individual items. They do offer bulk quotes if you are buying for business use. Extremely friendly and very helpful team here making this store feels more of a proper store rather than a "warehouse". There's only street parking or Wilson Parking in Riley Street is a short walk away from here. If you're looking for anything from barware to table service and everything else in between at a reasonable price then you can't go wrong visiting this store. Wheelchair friendly.
Only once have the been out of stockregular customer and they offered to call me when it came in. That willingness to provide the extra service is what keeps me coming back. Staff are always willing to help.
Great display, but dirty dishes, and horrible attitude from staff. They advertise PUBLIC WELCOME on the window, but are really geared towards the commercial purchaser. Some products can be purchased from the display, and some can't. I only learned about it, when I finished collecting my stuff, and got to the till. Very unpleasant experience.
Wow some amazing changes have been implemented at QCC completely transforming the business. I can't imagine the complexities involved when you're supplying such a massive business community like the food and beverage industry with their professional equipment but whom ever is handling the day to day is doing an outstanding job. Beautiful showroom, great staff and incredible range. Well done QCC.
