If I could give -5 I would. Been try to get in touch with the over a 3rd party claim for 3 weeks. The longest I've been on hold was 3hrs. Call them directly and no one can help. So glad these guys aren't my insurer's if this is what I have to go through for a 3rd party claim I'd hate to think what other ppl go through.
Worst company. Forcing there prices through the roof. Forced me to go up to $50000 contents which I would easily be able to get what I have back for $30000. This includes $20000 on artwork or antiques lol who’s putting hideous artwork on there walls? They don’t offer insurance according to u. Just how they can jack there prices up.
Probably the worst insurance company in Australia.It's been half year now and I still don't know how long to have my claim money back.Emailed them every week,but never been responsed.
If I could rate 0 I would 3 weeks of being on hold rediculous
