UPDATE, Spoke to Jo a manager, she was very helpful and sorted everything there and then. The gentleman that took our call yesterday was polite and well spoken  even though it was difficult and frustrating he kept his composure very well in dealing with me. We are happy now thank U very much QBD books for sorting this out promptly and professionaly,  Even though it wasn't want I wanted to hear I think this guys costomers service is excellent. Shop is set out well and clean.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I put in a preorder on a book, they explained the process and amazingly that’s just what happened! How good is great customer service!

Ripping off customers. We went to the counter to purchase a book which stated $19.95 RRP, and the lady was trying to charge us $49.95 for it. Legally you have to sell it to us for $19.95 as per the RRP on the sticker. She refused even though even online it stated $19.95. A word of advice to the owner or workers; by law you have to sell your books as per the price stickered on the book, not create your own price in your head.

Young man who served me very helpful. Tried to upsell. I was impressed with his attitude and politeness. Store clean and tidy with a great selection of books.

Was in the area visiting and called into here. Staff were really great in helping me find the book I was after. Really great range, it was so full of books which is probably why I couldn't find it on my own!
