Carry a limited supply of books and seem to run out of stock due to their popularity! Lack an effective replenishment system,must lose a lot of sales as a consequence! Now prefer to shop at their newly opened Rundle Mall store which appears to carry much more variety being a larger store!

Just called by as saw front display and purchased 3 cool kids books for $10 , bargain,  for stocking fillers .

Staff Sandra was rude. I felt it was a crime to ask for a bag. The racist look that she gave me and the way she pushed my bag towards me , was an awful experience. As a customer, if you are spending money in a store then staff at least can show some courtesy and respect but no, people think if you are shopping in their store they are  doing a big favour on you.

Not a very large selection of cook books - not a single one on jams and preserves. My son loves this store for all the manga though.  If it wasn't for qbd he would have to travel into the city to choose bills in an actual store. I've found many a children's gift here. Staff are  always friendly.

Shopped here right before Christmas, the shop was busy but Lauren still took time to check that customers were OK and finding what they needed  and very helpful to me. Excellent customer service by all that day and then again when I returned after Christmas. Emmanuel was lovely and patient with my children making their purchases. Lovely book store and lovely staff, always happy shopping here.

Visited the store with my sister; looking to buy a few books but both felt quite uncomfortable with the staff. They would go to the rear door and just stand there looking at us in the aisle we were in. Walking back and forth through our aisle only. It’s almost like they thought we were going to steal something and had full surveillance on us. The store wasn’t busy and none of the store members said hello or asked if we needed help. We both left very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

Very clean shop heaps of books not much room to manoeuvre, book prices expensive you can buy the same books cheaper in K Mart, Big W, and even Target. The used to be very competitive but not any more.

Briana was a huge help choosing some books for my nieces and nephews! Was an absolute life saver. Amazing service and good range
