Open 1 hour before next flight?? Unsure about that. When we walked close to the door they hid in the back room. There is no table service here so don't see why they couldn't just open.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Wasn't that busy when I visited.  Food and drink choice are good.

The staff in this lounge are incredible.  Everytime I come here which is a lot they are super friendly and share great stories and distract me from the very long day that I have inevitably had and am still having.  Their laughter is contagious and their personalities beautifully unique.  Definitely my favourite lounge to visit because of this. Thanks ladies - you make my day without fail

Was thinking the staff slept in today 1130am given the posted sign claiming they're open an hour before the next flight?? Most people can appreciate the challenging times under COVID-19 but this sign and  previous comments from fellow travellers is clearly not even remotely close. Once the doors were finally opened the mass rush to get into the club by quite a few and now disgruntled traveller's was made even worse by staff demanding to see the QLD app check in for every person... Really??
