It keeps getting a low score. I'd give it a 0. I asked them not to collect my luggage at the connecting flight. A woman with an overbearing security attitude, waving her phone around, told me that couldn't be done, that she had called the New Zealand airport and she couldn't and wouldn't do it. Airlines always do that on flights, so I was surprised by this and also by her bad attitude. She told me to collect my bags upon arrival in New Zealand and re-check them for my next flight. When I arrived, my bags weren't there. I had to leave the transit area. No news of my bags until midnight. When I inquired at the information desk, they told me the bags had been sent directly. It's incomprehensible that Qantas staff who work in this field don't know these kinds of things and have such a rude attitude when communicating. Before this, Qantas Australia made me stop 300 Australian dollars for a backpack. They said I couldn't take two, even though my China Eastern Airlines ticket specified that I could. I paid the price of a suitcase for a backpack. I appreciate the change of scenery upon arriving in New Zealand and dealing with friendlier people and Chinese Eastern Airlines.
I waited two hours for an international parcel to come out, although the staff were helpful. Busy area, the place is a little worse for wear and very aged. Bathrooms, avoid if possible. My large parcel arrived in good condition
The reviews clearly show a pattern going on for an extended period of time at the front counter.nTrust me, the customers dont want to deal with your poor attitude and unprofessionalism, just as much as you dont want to serve them. The difference is that YOU ARE PAID TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS !nThe rest of the place is good.nnBe the change you want to see in the world
Extremely slow service. Considering there's about 8 counters and only 2 people working. Then wait for the only forklift driver to get goods. Over an hour just standing around waiting for live fish. There's no rush guys. Take your time.
It was very hard to find due to all the road works. Once I found the Qantas Freight International pick up place, I had no issues, staff were great, helpful. Parking was no issue, no cost for parking. Easy to get in and out.nOnly gliche was they are cashless transactions with their charges.
