We shipped our dog from NZ. The service provided is very slow. Lack of staff at the collection desk, we waited 10 minutes for somebody to appear and when they did they were incredibly rude. I would not recommend Qantas for taking care of your beloved pet. It takes them nearly 4 hours to release your pet after arrival.
I recently had a disappointing experience with a customer service representative named Tracy McCarthy at the Qantas office in Tullamarine. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful.nnDuring my interaction, she displayed a dismissive attitude and was unwilling to provide the assistance I needed. Her mannerisms came across as rude and condescending, particularly towards non-white customers, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background
A great, often surprisingly affordable way to send anything to anywhere in Australia. Often the economy option will still get your package on the next flight.
Easy to book and quick check in for my pet in Sydney. A bit tricky to find the pick up location in Melbourne, and the staff sent me to the wrong door but we got there in the end. Pet was understandably grumpy but is settling in well. Overall a handy service - a bit pricey but an easy way to transport your pet interstate.
