Worst lounge I have ever been innYou can have a sandwich that you make yourself on a toasternYou cannot make a fresh sandwich as the bread is stalenThey had a fish canapé which was so stale it was inediblenThey had all fat food. Nothing good. Maybe you should get a dietitian to look at the food you are servingnThe line up for drinks. Get more staff Qantas we pay extra for your flightsnThey have better restaurants in the airportnI will not be using that lounge again
Always busy for sure, barista coffee’s standard remains same, nice taste.nnRecently found less choices in breakfast, bit disappointing as not much food can choose.nnStaff are busy on cleaning the tables but not refill the milk and food.
A great place to spend a few hours whilst waiting for your connecting flight. Friendly service great food and beverages. Had a shower and then relaxed whilst taking in the ambience. Ah love QANTAS.
Spice Bar delivers delicious Asian dishes made to order but there is also a great variety of western food on offer. Hot selections of Indian,Italian,vegetarian,rice, noodles,soup and toasted sandwiches. Cold selections of meats,salads,platter accompaniments,fruits,breads and cakes.nBar has good selections of wines, champagne, spirits and soft drinks.nStaff are constantly cleaning so this lounge and bathrooms are spotlessly clean.nBest place to relax and watch planes when waiting for your flight.
I spent walking back and forth for about 10 mins trying to find a seat. It was so packed and crowded on Friday afternoon. Not much food selection which is a disappointment. But comfortable seats and had a good rest before my flight.nnSaw 2 staffs walking around with the trolley to clear tables, but its just never ending. Will be good to see some robots walking around to collect dirty dishes and glasses from guests. Could help to ease the staff burden and have a quicker table turnover as well.
