Absolutely dreadful experience Came with all the required details before my group certificate was submitted including my last payslip so they would know the exact amount was told a figure the lady then calls me two days last and tells me my figure has gone down i asked if i had put in a different tax bracket she said no i then asked why my return had gone down $400 dollars for getting taxed more she wasnt able to provide an answer i was also told i cant claim things that the government list you can i was also told one figure for how much it would cost i ended up getting charged more i went here off high recommendation from a coworker who was always charged $50 bucks cheaper then me they clearly need to do a base rate and sort this out

While the staff are friendly and helpful the company has lost touch with reality regarding prices for having a basic tax done, was quoted $170 I have used them for the last 3 years & price always goes up, no change to my tax I rang a different company and got the same work completed for $75. Qtax need to look at their pricing, won't be going back while they are over charging by so much.
