We have been living in this area for the last 4 years and during this time we haven't seen any major improvements made to the station. There is no wheelchair/pram access. We struggle on a daily basis to get bub in and out of the station. The staff are very friendly and give us a hand with the pram but it is still extremely inconvenient. I was told recently by one of the staff that the station is heritage listed and so it's hard to make any modifications within the low budget allocated.

The station is perfect if you don't need an elevator or you don't have kids or health conditions. You have to go uphill long stairs then down hill long stairs to exit the station . I had a suitcase and it was hard to lift it up and down. The station staff was nice and offered to help me but still struggle to get the suitcase up & down.

Not accessibility friendly. Have to travel with a kid and need to carry both stroller and kid up and down the stairs. Something should be done about it.
