Highly recommend! Firstly the drive here is beautiful and then you arrive and realise they have this stunning view with handmade furniture. If the weather isn't good no fear the inside is cozy and cute! I highly recommend their cheese board, all there cheeses are outstanding and reasonably priced. We have sampled 7 cheeseries in Tasmania and this was number 2 for us! Staff are friendly, the other food particularly the scones look great but unfortunately we couldn't fit them in.
So many options to choose from with every bite being wonderful. The view was delightful and the staff were lovely. Well worth a visit. For our full review, check out our Facebook or blog pages or our YouTube channel
A relaxing pit stop on the journey to explore the east coast of Tasmania. A few minutes drive off the main highway, this place was a great respite from the twisting turns that was the road from Launceston.
Great place to go when u do the road trip of east coast in Tassie. Visit the local most famous cheese company, Pyengana, to taste the beautiful cheddar cheese.
Great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea, cheese and ice cream. You can also see the dairy cows being milked by robotic milking machines in the backyard.
Definitely worth the stop! We ate a delicious gourmet cheese platter overlooking the incredibly green fields and the beautiful cows.
Stopped here for lunch and the food was very tasty. The kids enjoyed their burgers and chips with the wife having a very tasty cheese platter and i having a tasty ham and cheese toasty. The staff were very friendly and with it being very busy they got our meal to us very quickly. A must if you are passing through. You can also check out the farmer milking the cows or the kids can have a play on the playground.
Must visit place. Happy cows, beautiful views and relaxing environment. I ordered a 2 egg roll instead of the bacon and egg roll vegetarian and was asked if I would like a hash brown on it as well to replace the bacon, yes please. I was even more impressed by what I received. The roll came with the 2 eggs, 3 hash browns, extra strong cheese and caramelised onion relish. Absolutely magnificent. Now for dessert, icecream.
A beautiful spot to stop and take in the view, both of the mountains and the fully operational dairy. Great use of produce in the food, got to sample the cheese platter and the scones with homemade cream. Great location and friendly staff.
Great valley to stop in to see. We had tasting platter of cheeses which were all great. Nice sunny day to sit outside and watch the cows scratch their heads on the automatic wheel in the dairy
