Purple Truck Driving School located in Toowoomba on the Darling Downs provide heavy vehicle licence training for MR, HR and HC licenses. We offer not only driver training for you to pass your test at Queensland Transport, but have intimate knowledge of industry expectations and heavy vehicle handling.

Our goal as a driver trainer is to provide students with a very high level of service. We teach you driving skills required in the industry, the relevant road rules, help you to be confident under all driving conditions and to enjoy the learning experience.

I took a one day HR course with Rob. It was one of the best experiences I've had this year. At first, I was very nervous having not driven such a big truck in my life. But my trainer Rob helped me with the training in a very gentle and considerate way.  He just kept helping me build up my confidence. By the end of the course, I ended up with a full of confidence in myself and I passed the test in my first attempt.  Definitely recommend Purple Truck School.  Thank you Rob!

Highly recommend Purple Trucks. I started the morning a little anxious, however Rob put me at ease and explained everything as we went. He adapted the lesson to suit my needs and learning. He was always reassuring and easy to understand. Teaches you the vital and correct way to drive that truck. Thanks Rob, HR in a day…. Couldn’t be happier.

The boys here were outstanding! They helped install confidence in myself and were awesome to get along with. Cant recommend them enough they were just fantastic throughout the whole process from booking me in, to all the way to getting my license
