Go see Jason and let him know know the Greek geeza Sent you and you want the merchandise store and 2 umbrellas when buying a car. That's what we did. Lucky the kids lunch box was out stock. I would've taken that as well. BTW service dept is amazing. Too many good experiences.

What a wonderful experience that we had, being welcomed and served by highly dedicated and skilled team of people providing customer service. Thank you so much especially to Jason Cale, who tireless served us throughout and not once did we feel that we were being pressured to buy. They truly stand true to their motto which is above and beyond. Even though we did not buy a car this time, it has made our choice easy for the next few years when we are ready to buy a new car. I truly hope that you guys will not change, and if you do, then I hope it's for the best, thank you so much once again.

Had bad experience with the sales person Angus, where i made first contact to complete the sale over phone. But it ended where he was closing the sale to another customer when i was just entering the showroom. The two stars are for Jason Cale - Fantastic Sales Person where he took over me and helped to come over my upset mind. I ended up buying the vehicle from Another showroom ( Booking - Finance over phone & email) as i don't to give business to Purnell Motors.

Both my company car and our family car were purchased from Purnell Motors and they bent over backwards to help me. Real customer service is tested in how people solve issues and these people had it covered. One of my cars is in right now with a fault under warranty and they are on to it. Free loan car (a Volvo) and kept up to date on the progress of the issue. It doesn't get better then that.
