Tom is an amazing technician. He contacted me to let me know what time to expect him the next day & on the day he let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was polite & had the job done in no time. The water filter system is great & does not take up a lot of space making our water taste amazing, you can really taste the difference. We have had one for 19 years. Highly recommended.

Dawn was the best sales person I have purchased from. We are installing an under the sink reverse osmosis device. Dawn built amazing rapport and guided us through our options while going above and beyond to answer any questions. She provided information that was critical to ensure we felt trust in Dawn and trust that we were in great hands. I respect how she demonstrated ‘no hidden fees’ and educated us with ongoing costs. She even booked in a date and time with a plumber speedily and while we were on the phone. Dawn, if we could give 6 stars to you we would. Thank you for your help.
I have held off writing anything online about Pure Water Systems for almost 1.5 years, hoping they would step up and take responsibility for the damage to our kitchen costing over $7K to repair due to a faulty part in one of the new kitchen water filters purchased from Pure Water Systems. In Aug 2021, I paid them $2,367, purchasing two water filters for our kitchens and a UV filtration system for the whole house. Since then, I have spent a huge amount time and energy trying to get the damage to our kitchen resolved with them to no avail. They originally said this was not a warranty issue and I would have to lodge an insurance claim myself for the significant water damage to our kitchen cabinetry due to their faulty part and then, their insurance company would deal with it. I did this in Sept 2021. I paid $1,000 excess to lodge a claim through my insurance company. I even have a video showing it was their faulty part that caused the water damage to our kitchen. My insurance company has spent the last year trying to reach Pure Water Systems, including their current managing director, to get this resolved and for them to take responsibility and pay for this damage. Nothing, no replies, no answers to the many written requests. I am still out of pocket $1,000 and Pure Water Systems has paid nothing for this damage to my property. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I will never purchase anything from them again. I am not a vindictive person. I am a loyal and understanding customer who has never written a poor review. I just can't understand this unprofessional and unkind behaviour by Pure Water Systems. I have been extremely patient and trusting from the beginning and have even spoken to their previous managing director and service manager who were appaulled by how I have been treated after THEIR faulty product caused extensive water damage to my kitchen. I strongly urge anyone considering the services of Pure Water Systems now or in the future, to reconsider. Don't make the same mistake I did believing their advertised good reputation and expecting them to take responsibility for their products and any damage they cause to your property. There are other companies in Queensland & Australia that have similar products, charge less and service their customers with more respect and professionalism than Pure Water Systems do.
So disappointed. Paul from Customer Service spent some time on the phone re a suitable adapter for our slim mixer tap. I sent them photos of our kitchen tap. Sadly, their expert got it wrong. The item arrived promptly but none of the adapters fitted onto tap. I will be returning this product, as this product is not fit for purpose. Looks like I will have to call a professional to install a proper system, instead of depending on bench top filtration systems.
A great product we've been using for more years than I can remember. Always reliable, and great service. This year Tom went the extra mile this year and even tightened a loose sink tap for me :
Tom was a pleasant man, texting before he came .I gave him directions to get to my townhouse. Took off shoes before coming inside. I put towels as it rained over night. Left instructions of use afterwards. I have endless supply of water when the water mains are off council or body corporatefor maintenance. After the floods, I or visitors did not get gastro from contaminated water supply.
Pure Water Systems is easy to deal with as a company. The Pure Water Benchtop Filter makes for an exceptional product. Very happy customer all the way. Thank you!

Really happy with the customer service from phone call to installation. Our water now tastes amazing, on the first day of install I think we drank 4 glasses in a row because it tasted and felt so good to drink No more chlorine tasting tap water.
