I am not the sort to ever post reviews, however I felt compelled to do so as a result of the previous post. I am in my fifties and so am certainly not the 'bridal type' referred to in the previous post. I have been going to Pure Serenity for years for a variety of treatments. I have always found the staff to be attentive, personable and excellent at their job. This salon is very popular and so they have to run a very tight ship to be able to accommodate client demand. If the staff member the woman spoke to was in the middle of a treatment then I can totally understand why she would be unable to spend a lengthy period of time with someone at the front desk. Don't let the previous review discourage you from going to Pure Serenity. It does not in any way reflect my experience over many years with this business.

I ventured in to ask a question or two last Tues 23 Jan, the lady there was rather brusque with me, not verbally pampering at all, she may have been in the middle of a treatment, however treated me like I was imposing, same as if I'd entered her home announced. Perhaps she prefers the 'young' bridal ladies. Still thinking about it today so thought a review was apt. I went around the corner and was treated like a queen at a cafe by a very charismatic charming lady. Will send a complimentary review to them.

Excellent, ask for Karella. She gives an exceptional massage. Attention to detail in eye lash tinting.
