Excellent costumer service. And a absolute perfect banana smoothie. Being visiting brisbane airport frequently I always make sure I stop by NRG. Big thank you to Grace who served me.
Very friendly and efficient staff. One downside was the coffee was too hot and bitter. Would recommend some training with staff as to how brew a good coffee.
Juices were out of stock. Jumbo cups were out of stock. Had a large smoothie which wasn't worth the 8 dollars 50 cents that I paid for it. The staff member treated me very curtly and literally snapped at me. Ruined an otherwise decent preflight experience at this airport. Will never visit again. Will not recommend.
Delicious mango smoothie and bliss balls. On the pricey side but it is the airport so you have to expect that. The lady who served me was friendly and went beyond expectations :
if you're after healthier food like juices, smoothies and sandwiches then nrg is a good choice. it is on the more pricey side but that what it's like at the airport. I gave the lady my own glass jar for my juice to reduce plastic but she still served it in the plastic cup and told me to pour it in my glass jar. what's the point? uhh.
Flavors are ok. But man they are extremely over-priced. I thought Boost juice was bad!!
