The most welcoming Pilates centre I've ever been to. Laura's level of knowledge is comforting to know I'm exercising in safe hands during my pregnancy.

Instructors are encouraging yet gentle. They never make me feel bad about myself or inadequate in any way.

Wonderful balanced work out. The Pilates classes feature mindful aligned movement and variations for all abilities. Lovely instructors and good music!

The Pure Moves team are friendly and helpful and importantly they provide expert instruction in Pilates.  The instructors always challenge me but they also provide feedback which keeps me motivated.
