I attended the 14 day intro last year and was really pleased with what i saw.  Firstly, the space is BEAUTIFUL!  an oasis.  The teachers and owner are friendly, open, knowledgeable and just lovely making the atmosphere nurturing and safe.   Today I did myself a service and joined the studio on a three month pass.  Im so excited to be returning tomorrow and to give my body,  mind, and spirit the practice I need to be balanced, healthy, and vital.    What a wonderful way to welcome in the new year.

I have been to PHY twice now. I have enjoyed both Melody's and Eva's classes enormously. The building itself is completely gorgeous but it is the people who make it a nurturing environment. I was struck with the high level of professionalism alongside a genuine human friendliness. A rare balance to find these days and certainly with such ease. The students there are the real proof I feel, giving the same genuine openness so far. I was surprised to walk away after my first class with the feeling that it was the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Class number two cemented it. The classes themselves were really great. Wonderful teachers both. I could go on.... I think I might be hooked. Ha!

Excellent Yoga studio in Melbournes East - would highly recommend to anyone on their yoga journey whether you are a first timer (the studio is non judgemental and isn't scary for your first class, the teachers will set you up perfectly and guide you through) or an experienced yogi who wants a challenge. The heat is the best part - extremely addictive, beautiful in the cooler months. The best part? You will NEVER regret a class. 10/10 yoga studio 👌🏾👌🏾

Really hard to get in when they don't answer their phone and have the front gate locked with no information. Wasted my time going down there.

Want to work up a sweat? Want a good mind, body and soul workout? Then Pure Hot Yoga is your place! I've tried many yoga places, but have found this one to be the best. They use wooden floors so it doesn't have that awful stench like in some other hot yoga places. And the heat is a nice, warming heat unlike some other places (I think they use infrared heating system, but I may be wrong). The staff are professional and a lot of fun, and there are lots of classes to choose from depending on what you like and time schedule.
