We just completed a reformer class. It was amazing; challenging but within great limits. Excellent service, awesome classes, the teacher was fantastic! We will be back! Great class for males too.
Unpleasant experience. I should have read all these reviews before I have bought my deal on Groupon website. I wasn't the first one to be improperly treated. Manager clearly doesn't know how to treat new clients, showing contempt and arrogance while speaking. Terrible costumer service. Fortunately I had my money back from Groupon.
I cancelled my membership over a month ago. They have since taken 2 additional payments from me after assuring me my membership was cancelled and I wasn't going to be charged anymore. They said they'd refund but that was now 9 days ago and I have no refund. Do not trust these people with your account details.
