Fantastic experience love my hair
I am really disappointed with this business, first of all I went there in person and told them very clearly that I want permanent straightening the lady I don't think listened properly and I booked my appointment in a month in advance later just a day before of my appointment i got ring from them that they don't do straightening at all its more of a smoothing ...I felt really ditched..they gave me option to cancel my appointment but I was in dilemma because at the end moment I was not getting any appointment..then out of no choice I went there but they gave apprentice to do my job without any supervision at all...I usually don't post negative comments but this time I canr resist myself...i am sorry but I completely wasted my money, time and energy without any compensation....
Got my hair colored by Rose - love how it turned out. Rose was very attentive and listened carefully to what I wanted. She explained so well what can/can’t be done and did a fantastic job with my hair. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area. Their products are organic which I appreciated.
People and place were lovely but the whole experience was very unprofessional and they clearly don't specialise in hair colour. And bluntenly don't reply on social media.
I go to this salon primarily due to its commitment to sustainable and vegan products, but Letisha, an apprentice stylist, is fantastic! She is friendly, warm, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for her!Service: Hairstyling
Fantastic salon with genuinely lovely staff and fantastic sustainable and organic products, can't recommend highly enough.
Love this salon and how they are very natural and conscious about the environment and their products. I had a haircut with Philippa and she is so talented and experienced! I also got a beach wave perm done and I'm absolutely loving it. I would highly recommend this place.
