I've shopped at the store a few times, and have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The store has a large range of Indian groceries and convenient parking. When I've asked for assistance to locate products or for product information, the staff have been obliging. Most of the prices seem comparable on what I buy with other Indian grocers. However, one of the items that I bought today was a dollar more expensive compared to what I usually pay for this item. In future I will pay more attention to the prices in the store.
My favourite shop Specially the girls at Indian Grocery Shop are amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. Shopping here is a pleasure thanks to their warm and welcoming attitude. Their cheerful attitude always brightens my day.

Great service, very good price, girls are very friendly and helpful Punjabi Bazar is best shop in the Melbourne.
Girls working on counter always mark high prices rather than mentioned. When we consult for price then then say different price but over the counter they charge high price and after that they argue alot. Owner need to take action regarding this otherwise there are lots of options.
