First time visiting today.nGreeted by friendly staff and shown to our table. We were brought menus and water straight away.nLots of choices on the menu.nService was quick and efficient.nWe ordered a chaat and asked if we could have this first as our starter. This was great as we had a delay until our main. The food didn't take long to come, even though it was getting very busy testament to a good restaurant.nThe kachori chaat was warm and delicious. Lots of chick peas, flavours and 2 big kachori's which were nice and crispy and a nice portion size glad we shared as it was big.nIt was our first time ever ordering Haleem. It was beautifully flavoured with a nice thick gravey, and the goat melted in your mouth. The sesame kulchas were a nice accompaniment, and this was nicely presented.nThe lamb bhuna is one of the best we have ever had. The lamb pieces were big , flavoursome, succulent, and melted in your mouth. The gravey was thick and had lots of flavour. The portion was huge.nWe enjoyed our naan,roti and maaki roti. Perfect size, fluffy on top, crispy on the bottom and perfect for dipping into the curries.nIt was definitely worth the 2 train rides to get there. We will definitely come back and visit. Thank you.
A bustling restaurant popular with NRIs.nnWe ordered plain dosa, bhatura chole, mango lassis and a lunch combo special.nnThe latter was great value and very tasty. The lamb bhuna had a moreish gravy and the meat was tender.nnThe bhatura set was also tasty and well executed.nnThe girls enjoyed their lassi which were generous in size.nnThe dosa pancake was good and the chutneys fresh and tasty although I've had better sambars.nnService was a little too enthusiastic as staff came to take away dishes we hadn't quite finished!nnThey did however turn down the music in the overflow area as it was a bit loud.nnWould happily go back.
We had palak paneer, mushroom subzi and rotisnFantastic food.nGreat service.nHighly recommended to visit this place once atleast.
First and last experience with - worst in Service.nnThere is complete history - first of all they put us on one of their isolated section at outside sitting with no music or entertainment. Seems like extended section. Then taken our Order for starter and main course in one go. And my order arrived after 20 min just 1 platter, and forgot about other order which we asked & reminded them and which comes after 20 min with main course. Then we waited for Plates to start our food nobody comes till 5 min then we asked for it. Then after completion of 1 platter some staff visit for to come & check for “are we ready for main course” then it take another 15 min for main course. We almost frustrated with service then we packed our food and moved back to home. Thanks to spoiling our evening & Mood.nnNo doubts food is tasty as expected however there is big gap in service which need to improve the service.
The food and drinks are good but considering the prices one pays, one will expect the quantity of curry is more.
