Store has wide range of products and team members are also friendly but Tarun is very experienced and helpful she helped me a lot in finding the quality products so overall experience is good and she never forgets to offer a tea every time I visit there. Wishing a good luck to whole staff.

Terrible Customer Service – Rude and Disrespectful Staff!nnI had one of the worst shopping experiences at Punjab Import Grocery Store. I went there to buy sweets, and despite waiting patiently in line for 15 minutes, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable.nnWhen it was finally my turn, I greeted the employee politely with a simple “Hi, how are you?”a basic courtesy. Instead of responding, she completely ignored me and had the audacity to make rude facial expressions as if my presence was an inconvenience to her. No greeting, no professionalism—just pure attitude.nnIt’s shocking that a store that relies on customers for business treats them this way. If this is how they behave toward paying customers, I can’t even imagine how they handle other aspects of their service. No one should have to deal with unprofessional and disrespectful staff.nnI won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service. There are plenty of other stores where customers are treated with respect—Punjab Import Grocery is clearly not one of them.nn1/5 stars. You should try Gol gappe. Better than from any fancy restaurant. You will not regret it . Punjab Di yaad aa janni . Staff is also very sweet and helpful. They never forget to offer chai .
