Conveniently located in Darling Square with a lovely view and atmosphere. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you Josh for opening the terrace for us Prices are reasonable, however the fish was on the smaller size. Presentation of the food was excellent! Food was delicious!
Everything was perfect. Especislly amazing quality of oyster! After we had seafood platter we ordered dozen of oyster and it took not even a minute to have lol yummy yummy!!! Loved flat bread and burrata cheese too, oh now I'm hungry! Defiantly my favourite place in darling harbour :P Atmosphere is good outdoor sittings nice too. Very relaxing and great place to have food and drinkssssssss.
A+ dining in Darling Square! Attached to the Novotel, you'll find a good range of food and drinks, and a classy vibe in which to enjoy them. The fish & chips is pretty neat, and comes with truffle fries. The Sydney rock oysters also hit the spot. The bartender has talent, and put together some awesome cocktails and mocktails, which was well welcomed.
Just had the worse experience at pumphouse bar & restaurant. If I could rate 0 stars for the review I would for the service and food. Despite making a reservation we were told to just go to any available table. Wanting to sit upstairs, the wait staff couldn't be bothered to usher us to a table and we went up ourselves. They have a QR code scan for the menu but not for ordering so the wife and sister had to walk down to the bar area to order.i was looking after their bags hence my accor card was with me. They had to make payment on the spot which was odd for a restaurant. When we tried to get the discount after, the restaurant staff refused I wasn't aware they were making payment downstairs.We were told payment had already gone through to the hotel reception. What's worse was the state of the food. We were served burnt cheeseburgers kindly look at the photos and everything including the wife's steak was so salty she felt a burning sensation on her tongue. The last straw came when we asked for ketchup and were bluntly told off that they do not serve ketchup in the restaurant. Seriously!! I dined at the novotel l darling harbour & sofitel during our holiday and received commendable service past few days unlike this place. Never coming back!!
Nice place for some drinks and good food - quite busy and lively! Meals are of a high quality and portion sizes are just right! Good helpful staff

Staff were very accommodating to the comfort of the patrons. Delicious wine and food. I love how they have decorated, very tasteful.
This place hums. Service staff seem to be on the ball and great team. Don't miss the flatbreads. I know you have had pizzas before but these are a cut above. The combinations are clever and they seem to be prepared with real "Michelin" care. Well done to the kitchen leaders. Over the top review? Here's the let-down. The toilets are worse than the worst pub. This was at 3pm, when it should have smelled like a rose.
Staff took our beers off table while we were having a smoke, didn't bother asking us even though we were 5-10 metres away, refused to replace, pair this with overpriced food and bev with not the best service and on top of that argumentative managers that won't admit they made a mistake and refused to provide resolution after staff had already admitted their fault and went to offer a friendly resolution, manager cut in and cut them and a customer off. Honestly do not recommend. Few of the staff were lovely. Only reason it got 2 stars. Otherwise abysmal. Great way to treat customers trying to celebrate a birthday quietly after spending well over $160 between two people.
Organised my best friend's hens here - we had the bottomless brunch and it was such a great experience! The food and drinks were great, interiors are beautiful and most of all our service was excellent - from the events staff beforehand to the bar staff on the day especially Ella!. Would definitely recommend!
