This company is by far the best to deal with and the best in terms of pricing for water filtration systems. They are an honest team who promote Kiwi products above imported expensive competition. Highly recommended.
Great people, very helpful. I pop in from time to time with an odd request for my crafts and they do their best to help me out. So far they haven't let me down! Everything from fittings to build my forge to custom size o ring to repair my coffee machine.
Had Andy from Rangiora Pump Services come out today to install a sediment filter on our new bore. Friendly to deal with over the phone and came out within a few hours. Really tidy job and a massive change to our water quality. Thanks!
Great to deal with, Ive used their services a few times over the last 10 years. The most recent was this Sunday when I don't think they were officially open - but the gate was open and someone was onsite. They were able to find me 2 of the exact 5 way pipe fittings I needed to get my water pump sorted - something that no one else in Rangiora could do on a Sunday
Seriously - if you are having trouble with your water or the electrical that pumps your water - do yourself a favor and JUST CALL THESE GUYS!! Water/pumps that aren't behaving is bloody frustrating! Sometimes the problem can fixed on the spot, sometimes it can take weeks to diagnose... but from 1st hand experience, I can tell you is that these guys will not rest until the issue is sorted. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please, if you are contemplating using this company DON'T. They fail to stand behind their pumps even when under warranty are rude to woman when the husband isn't around. Feel free to contact me to verify this review.
