FUEL COUNTER Ladies at the fuel counter were friendly and welcoming. Had a nice laugh with them. FOOD AREA - TERRIBLE SERVICE 1 star for dry, bland but cold wrap. Service was as tasteless as the wrap. Waited at the hot food area, then moved to the counter looking into kitchen. Two men came after me in line and were both served. A middle aged woman cleaned the tables, ignoring my stare as I still waited. I was still waiting for service at the counter when a man joined me in line. Only then did she call over her shoulder to cranky looking woman in the kitchen "Counter service". Either the middle aged woman wiping tables was not heard, or the kitchen woman was ignoring the request. I waited a little longer, then gave up. As I walked away, the "busy" cleaning tables woman stopped wiping to serve the man. I grabbed a chicken & avocado sweet chillie wrap out of the cabinet and paid the friendly ladies at the fuel counter. WRAP Bland with very little sweet chillie sauce. COVID Trace QR Code Disinfectant at counter Fuel ladies asked if I had signed in
Absolutely fantastic rest stop. Clean toilets and facilities. 24hr servo for those late night snackers. Awesome menu and food. Friendly staff. Top notch.

Great place for fuel and quick bite to eat on a trip
Check your food before you drive away. Asked for a wrap, was given a bun. When I took it back and pointed out there should be more fillings in then two bits of bacon I was accused of being rude. I had not raised my voice, I had not used swear words, I really said 'traditionally it has two more fillings'. It was then the shop Karen grabbed it out of my hands and walked off into the kitchen loudly proclaiming I was being rude. I asked what I did or said that was rude, the other woman at the till rolled her eyes at what was happening. I got the feeling the 'Karen' is a problem employee.
Great cheap food got the steak burger.
The cooks are special. They can wear their masks under their chin. Its alright though cause my burger did a day in the warmer so it should be safe
My partner and I went to this Puma to have breakfast, only to be served by a very rude and arrogant employee. She asked me if I wanted coffee with my meal, when I said yes please, she scoffed at me. Another lady handed us our breakfast, she was lovely. Didn't get my coffee so I had to remind her. "JOAN" needs a touch up on her customer service skills! Otherwise the food was great!
Top service, top people, good food, bit pricey, but, thems the time we live in.
