Had been putting off updating my Will and EPAs for some years put in too hard basket so opted for face to face meeting at Public Trust Kapiti. Great decision - friendly staff made the process a lot easier than I had anticipated, and good information was provided to help me set down / document my wishes. I was advised upfront of costs and found the service given very professional.
I believe the Public Trust have the required balance of legal capability and empathy during emotional times. During trying circumstances both are needed to achieve the required outcomes, and they have both.
