I tried to contact Cristina and Lea via their webform, no answer although not mandatory Cristina suggested providing an email address made it easier for them to respond. I then followed up each with a telephone call a week later. Cristina returned my call the same day and we had a constructive discussion about my needs and her services. Unfortunately I was unable to see how a behavioural approach could help me. Lea has still not returned my call, some 4 weeks later.
