Thieves, liars and charlatans. The guy running this is a crook and a scam artist. He wasted my valuable time and tried to steal $300 from me. He’ll take your money, book you in for an “appointment” and then when you get there, there is no one. No staff, no office, no service. The first time it happened he gave me some lie about the centrifuge being broken, and they “forgot” to call me about it until I was already at their (closed) premises. The second time, there was just no one there, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone no matter how often I called or left messages for someone to contact me back for days after. In the end, I had to dispute their charges with my credit card company. A formal charge of fraud and larceny needs to be served to this chump. And I need to warn any and all people who are thinking of going here to stay well away.

Scam artists. Beware. This the elaboration for you Scot: Despite all your issues and doubts in providing the service you still went ahead and heavily advertised expensive multi injection treatments. I was one of many who fell into the trap and paid you a total of 1600$ for multiple treatments. on the day of appointment I arrived at the site just to see there is no one there, no courtesy no communication and no service for the money you have been paid. I am glad you replied, Now that everyone can be a witness, I demand an immediate reimbursement for orders 24234 (April 15, 2018) and 23990 (February 26, 2018). Prove you are not a scammer and return the money you did not work for. So receipt and payment details are as above and I have emailed them to you several time already. Hopefully I will be refunded asap.

I received a confirmation text message of my appointment with them last Saturday at 01:45pm. I took a day off from work and reached their well before 01:45pm. There were no signs of their clinic or work area both at st Kilda rd and little Collins street as it was send to me when I booked the appointments. I called them like a twenty+ times and left messages but no reply yet. I have paid them 2000$ last year and only had 3 treatments yet. Most of the times they have cancelled my appointments making flimsy excuses. So please be careful while booking any treatments with these guys.

Scammer/Liar The owner of great directions is liar and scammer Me and my wife we both pay $4000 to him for PRP treatments. We follow all pre-instructions for PRP treatments. It's doesn't work. Moreover, since Jan 2018 we haven't got any PRP treatments. In April 2018 we have requested owner Scott to refund our money back for PRP treatments. What a shameless this guy is after more than 8 weeks still waiting for our refund. He doesn't answer his phone make excuses that I have received lots of refund request. We do not recommend:( DO NOT PURCHASE !

For the short reader simply do not give your money to this company go else were. This is the worst run business I have ever delt with. $1000 and 4 appointments showed me that if following the directions the PRP treatments do work. So I suggest getting PRP treatments just not with this chop shop business as they cancel all the time and no show appointments. I have had 4 appointments cancelled lost the $1000 gains I paid for in the interim and then had “make up appointments” both canceled and then he just didn’t turn up to one today that he organised for a public holiday. I am completely done with company, trying to keep customers by offering free/cheap treatments is useless if you can’t actually get them. Can’t stress it enough don’t go use this company and I struggle to even call it that.
