Twice had MRI'S in past year and have found excellent professional service by all the staff.nBoth front of desk and those who operate behind the scenes are friendly and informative.nMy specialist suggests the Gosford PRP is gives the best clinical delivery.
We had a very disappointing and stressful experience with our ultrasound at PRPWilliam street Gosford on 15 September when I was 35 weeks pregnant. The scan results we received were completely inaccurate and caused us unnecessary worry. The ultrasound at PRP reported the placenta distance as 22 mm, but when we had a follow-up scan at the hospital just 4 days later, it showed 15 cm. This was a huge difference and clearly showed the results from PRP were wrong.nnWhat made it worse was that the staff at PRP did not seem concerned or thorough while performing the scan. For the amount we paid — over $200 — we expected accuracy, professionalism, and care, especially at such a critical stage of pregnancy. Instead, we were left anxious, pressured, and questioning whether something was seriously wrong with the baby. Only when the hospital re-did the scan and reassured us with correct results did we feel any relief.nnIt is deeply upsetting that such errors can happen, especially in pregnancy where every detail matters. The doctor even mentioned that the previous results appeared wrong, which made us lose all trust in PRP. We will not be returning, and we truly hope no other family has to go through the same stress and disappointment that we experienced.
The Reception Staff were welcoming & friendly which is always nice as arrival & departure. A special mention to Daisy who performed my Ultrasound & Tammy who performed my Bone Density Scan. Both we caring, considerate & kind. These qualities help a patient feel at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Ladies
Lovely and welcoming staff, whenever I call to make an appointment everyone is courteous and helpful- informing of any out of pocket costs and any preparation needed for the scans. The facility is clean and tidy, everything runs smoothly and staff onsite is professional and very nice. I highly recommend.
The admin staff were very helpful with the adjustment of costs to enable a significant discount on a particular service, and meld that service into my plan. The staff at PRP were thoughtful and innovative to enable this. I hope future ICON patients may enjoy a similar service. Well done PRP and thank you.
