A beautiful Store with the most delightful and helpful staff. I'm happy to become a regular shopper at the Geelong West Store.
Beautifully presented store with some very unique homeware items. We purchased a Hamptons style/rustic wall organiser which we have not seen in any of the many homewares stores we have visited over the years. Pricing is towards the the top end of all the stores we have been to, but the quality and ability to buy unique pieces made this store well worth our visit.
I received 10 glasses in the Avery Tumbler range for Christmas. Whilst beautiful looking glasses and the perfect size they have not lasted well. They seem to come apart after being washed in the dishwasher for no apparent reason. It is almost like the glue keeping the glass together disappears and the glass separates into 2 pieces. Not ideal and it has now happened in the same way to 4 of our glasses. One almost a week or so after receiving them which I returned and was provided with a replacement.
The range is very gorgeous and modern. Purchased a large mirror for my bedroom on sale which I absolutely love and am happy about. Staff were also friendly and super helpful as the lady I spoke with helped tape the mirror and carry it to the car. Big thumbs up!
I would like to give a shout out to 'Wendy' the service she provides at the Geelong West store is absolutely outstanding.her ideas and suggestions have always served me well, Thank-you Wendy for lovely customer service
