Yesterday. Walked in looking at a specific rack. Waited waited. Stood at the counter right in front of girl on computer. Not even an acknowledgment or a “won’t be a moment”. Just kept doing what she was doing…… I was about to make a purchase and had decided what I wanted……. Walked out. Walked into Angus and Coote and to fabulous Customer service purchase my earrings from there!! Lift your game Management!!
Today I was served by Erin at the Prouds store in Gympie. She was so lovely and had the best customer service!
My item of jewellery is divine. However the customer service I received on three different occasions over the phone by one particular staff member was extremely rude. Very passive aggressive and bullying of myself. I certainly hope these three occasions were isolated events but I know I won’t be shopping there again
Stood there waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while the girls laugh and talk to each other. Walked into Angus & Coote and was served straight away.
Purchased jewellery that turned out to have fake etching. It was a sticker, which peeled off in the rain. Store refused to do anything about it. Glad there's plenty of other options in town
Would never buy from a Prouds store again. Have a ring I can't wear because it keeps breaking. An expensive one at that.
Great service and reasonably priced jewellery repairs
