I did the typical Dad thing and left my Christmas shopping to last minute, I called these guys in the hope that they had something to suit. Unfortunately they did not, however, the customer service that I then received was nothing short of amazing. Tiarna, who informed me that they were unable to help, then left her shop premises to a neighbouring jewellery store, to ask them if they had what I needed. They did! Thank you so much for going above and beyond Tiarna
