Just had a wedding and engagement ring resized and soldered together. The turn around was super quick and Shannon was sooo helpful and really took the time to make sure I was getting the right size and that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with the service.
Went into the store and the manager asked how I was when I walked up to her and then left me to look around and stand and wait for service until I walked out. She was busy having a go at the young worker about how she handled her last sale. The couple that just left seemed very happyWas very awkward and I was discusted in how she was treated. Definently doesn't seem like a positive environment. I will be going elsewhere for now on.
Got a battery replaced in watch, cost of $60 plus, waited over 8 weeks, very rude staff, battery lasted 3 mths. Will not recommend this store to anyone ever.
The manager here is hands down the rudest retail worker I've ever dealt with. She speaks to her staff like trash and her customers no better. Prouds- Jordan is a liability

Owned a necklace for 4 years now, recently it knotted in the chain. 5 minutes visit and they pulled the knot out of the chain free of charge
Don't waste your money here, they take your money then wipe their hands of you when you take something back for warranty.
