So disappointed! My mother had a replacement battery put in her watch. The next day the back of the watch was missing. Fallen off when she took it off. It's now lost and can't be replaced. Called the store and spoke to a staff member and asked for the manager to return my call. Nothing. Called back and spoke with the manager and sugguested to pass on my disappointment and feedback to the jeweller. She replied with I won't as he's been doing it a while. Please check all repairs in store. Don't trust that's it's just OK. 10 minutes later after posting my review I received a call asking if they could attempt to repair it. I declined. Too little too late.
$7,360 for a 55 inch chain...would not tell me weight...So my wife runs a Prouds under a different name....This chain was $4,375.00 overpriced because you get a box...Happy shopping people...
I am getting a charm added to my bracelet and getting it soldered. So far all my interactions with Kim have been really helpful, she suggested a thicker loop for my charm, as it was quite thin and would wear quickly. Happy to do business with them.
