A big thank you to Cait at Prostyle Hair Studio for the wonderful work you did on my hair today. The colour you chose for the roots, and foils, and toner was perfect. I loved it. Approached this salon at 9am with my two toddlers and baby in tow.  The look from the woman on reception was not welcoming but I continued.  When I asked if they had any appointments, in so many words I was told 'No' and offered no later time slots there was no-one waiting in this salon.  I really got the sense that they didn't want me or my children as a customer.  I left and went to the barbers a few shops down, who could not have been more helpful.  They approached me before I walked in the door, cut my kids hair straight away wasn't expecting this and they gave them a treat at the end.  Nice people, busy and great ambience.  If you have kids, go to the barbers for sure.

Awesome colour! The girls do an amazing job with my hair, and my hair is not easy to work with.. Been going to Prostyle for 2 years now. Even  in these crazy times when they are stressed and short staffed they still go above and beyond.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

First time going in. Went in for a trim, the lady that I got served by loves to chat to her work colleagues while cutting my hair. Pretty much talking really loud near my ears. The chair wasn’t clean when I sat in it, still had hair on the arm rests. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I rang to make an appointment but after repeating myself 3 times as to what I wanted thought I’d ask price.   $224.   I said I am a senior and was told that is with a 20% senior discount    She didn’t know I was a senior when I asked price.     Guess what - you just lost a customer and two more referrals coming your way

Thank you Susan, you are amazing. I will definitely see you again in 5 - 6 weeks. I would highly recommend this salon. I have been trying to find a good hairdresser that I like and BINGO I did.

my second time there, and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. i'm a woman who got asked for a bob haircut... but it makes me look like a little boy in the 80s. short front and long back. the first visit was alright but the second one was upsetting. my bangs were pretty messed up too and i was trying hard not to cry actually. i kept quiet because i didn't want to make a big fuss and it's already been done too. the haircut is very ugly on me. disappointing.

Absolutely  % pleased with my :do: Friendly and cheerful staff, my salon from now on.
