My partner and I began our investment journey early last year and spoke to three other accountants before our meeting with Amir. The relief we both felt after speaking with him was immense; not only is Amir incredibly personable and thorough, his knowledge on property related tax matters and the way in which he shares and caters this information to our specific situation is invaluable. I signed up for an initial consultation session with Shukri $585. I filled the questionnaire which was about me and my financial situation. I appreciated the idea that they wanted to get to know me and tailor a plan based on my lifestyle. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The accountant went through the questionnaire that I had already filled and gave me repeated/known information. He ignored the fact that I was clearly aware of his speech based on my answers. When I asked a question he said he cannot give me an answer because he is not a financial advisor! He didn’t consider my lifestyle and concerns at all and said I needed to start buying properties instead. In fact ten of them and sell half of them closer to my retirement. This might be a good plan for some people but not me. I wrote to them about my session and their service but never heard anything back. Even an acknowledgment. I didn’t learn anything new from the consultation and didn’t change my financial plans. Feel unheard and disappointed.
