That they go through the effort to attract and scrutinise potential guests. The assistance in getting the property ready for guests is extremely helpful. They are available for any issues the guests may have. They try to get the best price for the rental.
Some of the light bulbs aren't working.
Cos you guys pulled out the stops to get us the amazing place in Manly we wanted to rent... and being there was brilliant for our whole group and visit! We all loved it and very much appreciate you guys and what you do! Thanks heaps and loads!!!
Great stay by the beach and very grateful to Harriet for sorting us at short notice. Flat was great amazing location. First week was a bit cold and damp but we are still getting used to the difference between UK and Oz internal heating but otherwise very comfortable. Harriet was very helpful and quick in answering our questions.
Because the staff at PP in Seaforth are consummate professionals and tended to my needs, both seamlessly and promptly. They are also very courteous as well as professional. There was no misrepresentation. What the said, they delivered on.
Lovely, spacious apartment in excellent location. Beds, sofas etc very comfortable with excellent quality linen. The apartment not clean on arrival but our complaint was efficiently addressed and rectified. Likewise WiFi was not working and this took us some time to address but still were very helpful.Would stay again!
