We provide commercial cleaning and caretaking services to a few buildings Property Professionals manage, they have to be one of the best and most proactive Body Corporate company's we have in our portfolio. It's a breath of fresh air to work with managers that actually care about the client which ultimately results in proper management. This means that we are able to find and execute solutions in a timely manner so whatever issues arise in the asset buildings is resolved immediately. We have some managers in our portfolio that don't return emails or calls for days on end which creates frustration and lack of results. If you are looking for a company that cares about you the client, is proactive and highly experienced in Strata management then I would highly recommend Property Professionals.

Great communication. They helped me solve a large issue by guiding me through the process with a great deal of patience. I was very confused with the issue at the beginning, they were quick to jump in and get the ball rolling to resolve it.

Never being accountable for the properties they manage. According to their company policy their job is “not to warrant the managed property to work well”. They instead saying the residents are blaming them when resident raised concerns about the property and ask them for solution to fix it. Watch out the body corporate fee you pay to this company. Is it worth it? Think again. It could be worth as the owners live in Brighton, that probably explains. So called property “professionals”

Amazing service. Always available and always willing to solve any issues efficiently. Would recommend for any property management.
