Really good service again for promotive on our Mercedes A Class. The car went in with brakes sensor issue which was immediately diagnosed and resolved. The Team went out of their way ensure that we had the car back ASAP so as not to be inconvenienced since we had a hectic week ahead. The guys at Promotive towed my car to their workshop from another mechanic who was unable to complete the extensive work that was required. They started work and the more they dug the more they found from 15 years of botched and shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. Not only were the parts ordered direct from BMW but the service and customer care were level in not better than what you would expect from BMW themselves. I was kept up to date with everything as it happened by Chris who was a real pleasure to deal with. Got my baby back and she drives like a dream. Fantastic service from the guys Chris and John. I took my 1982 BMW E21 in to Promotive for a service and an M.O.T. There were also a few headaches investigating an issue with the car start up. The guys put in a lot of work to find the issue and I am happy with the results
Promotive did a spectacular job of getting my car serviced and in good working order, and I'm glad that they're local to me in case I have any issues. John was very helpful in organising major servicing on a previously-unloved Jaguar XJ that I'd recently bought, and Chris was very knowledgeable and communicative of issues that he'd identified and rectified while carrying out the work. Their major engine, gearbox, and brake service has given the car a new lease of life and I look forward to many miles in it. Chris made a note of minor issues that I need to pay attention to and which will be addressed when it's next in for a service. A splendid experience all round.
Once again brilliant service from Promotive, Chris was great as always and ended up saving me £900 compared to a quote I received from the main BMW dealership! Their reliable advice and quality expertise and experience have helped me out greatly again - thank you Chris Brilliant work from the team and they pencilled me in asap around my work schedule. Once again, a great service from John, Chris and the Team at Promotive today 26/09/22. I rang at short notice to ask for a check of oil, water, screen wash etc as I was taking my car on a long drive this week. Very accommodating, and fitted me in. Thank you Once again to Chris and John and the Full team at Promotive! They once again offered an amazing service on my BMW with genuine BMW parts and have transformed my spongy brakes and restored the performance with a full service! They helped diagnose the faulty dash and managed to save me money by helping me get it replaced under BMW warranty without having to pay a diagnostic cost at a BMW dealership! Hats off to the team! Being the new owner of a second hand mini that required a service - I wanted to ensure this was done properly for piece of mind. Chris and the team were great! I had a reminder before my appointment date - they took exactly as long as they stated and a few things that were required for repair were all explained to me clearly with the costs associated - so there were no surprises. Left my MOT until last minute and my usual garage couldn't accommodate. Wasn't sure if Promotive could help as I drive a Ford, but they slotted me in despite the late notice. The customer service was excellent from start to finish - polite and friendly, text reminders, talking me through what the advisories were in detail. A decent price for a great job, just what you want from a local garage. Will be returning!
Recently used Promotive for the first time. I had some urgent repair work done on my BMW 320D. Chris and John were both professional and friendly. The service and professionalism from Promotive exceeds what I have received from BMW Cardiff and the other BMW specialists I have used. The cost is very reasonable.
