We paid $2,000 to Project CAD Services to do up a drawing for us designed for a carport.  It was looking good until they realised that it would not get approved. I have now been waiting over eight months for details and have still not been contacted.
I have been constantly calling Robert every three to four weeks, just to be told the same excuse “it’s on my desk and I’ll definitely call you in a couple of days”, and he hasn’t even touched another part of the house that he was paid to do. I have spoken to two other staff members and explained my situation to which they both clarified that they will make sure Robert will call me back. And yet, I am still waiting for that call.
Basically, if you’re looking for a draftsman take heed. He seems reliable and trustworthy, but definitely not professional. Looks like I’ve been ripped off $2000.
