Had an amazing experience at Profile Hair today. It was my first time at a hairdressers and I was nervous about taking to much off. I was reassured and guided through what was happening at each stage, my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Super friendly staff that made me feel relaxed and at ease. Wow. Is the word to describe the service my mum received at this hairdressers. Unfortunately my mum has lost her hair due to chemotherapy and wanted a wig for a party we are hosting. Loosing her hair has really impacted her confidence and going into a salon was something I needed to convince her to do. From the moment we stepped into the salon they were all kind and personable something that is rare these days. They were all sensitive to our case and even offered to have a screen round us for privacy - my mum felt instantly comfortable she didn’t even want the screen. The wig was ready within 48 hours where we went back for a fitting. Nikki was incredible she booked out enough time to cut the wig into shape, show us how to put it on and clean it. She was sensitive, kind and very nice. The owner was lovely too. Great coffees and service. Again I can’t thank you enough for all what you have done. What a beautiful atmosphere!!!

The team at hair profile are all very warm and welcoming and a happy group of people. I give credit to the manager for enabling this to happen.   I had Nicky as my stylist. Nicky helped me to feel totally involved with the experience of tidying my hairstyle up, by trimming off dry ends, and providing a general tidy up. I felt listened too. Today I had the Keratin treatment for the first time and I am truly amazed!! My hair is prone to tangling and usually takes about 20 minutes to comb out and now the brush practically runs straight through, not to mention how healthy and shiny it now looks- would definitely recommend!!Thank you to the lovely Nikki and Jenny, staff here are always so friendly and go the extra mile.Service:&nbsp;Keratin treatments

This is  a wonderful salon, owned and managed by Cathy. She has a great team of stylists- ‘team’ being the key word. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a great hair experience!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Pinching myself for not using this hairdressers/nail bar sooner.   My cut, colour, and Tiffany blue painted nails were done to perfection by Sara today.     Can’t wait to return especially as they are open until 9pm in the week; not every night unfortunately.Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I had a full head of colour correction highlights with Jenny. She saved me ! last min before a holiday. She took time to pack my foils in so perfectly that it's the best my hair has ever come out !
