Pat Jarvey thank you so much, you gave us a few options to view 3 to 4 houses on an afternoon, which was awesome, as it made our decision to buy Fisherman’s Drive so much easier. It then gave us the motivation to list our house, something we had been thinking about for a few months. With Mags and your help with staging we were able to attract a young family to purchase our house, which is exactly what is meant for. Even when our sale had a few bumps you worked with us to resolve the issues and we are lucky enough to have completed both our sale and purchase. Efficient,͏ Professional, & Authentic Working with Pat to purchase our new family home was an absolute pleasure. There were a few bumps to work through but nothing was a problem with Pat, she worked do whatever she could to help get all the ducks in a row as efficiently as possible with a minimum of fuss. Great͏ result with Scott Jarret After͏ the disappointment of missing out on a few properties we finally found the ONE with Scott's help! Chris͏ and Arlene sold our property in Pouwhare St, Whakatane. This͏ very friendly, approachable couple work well together and they got our property sold in a matter of days. They are excellent in all areas of buying and selling because they understand the vendors and the buyers needs. Their organizational skills are second to none. They just get on and do it. In our case, an unexpected medical event meant we had to remain in Australia for a lot longer than planned. The tenants left and we couldn't get back until the day before the house went on the market. Chris and Arlene stepped in. They went far over and above what we expected. They cleaned, dusted and polished the inside including the windows then tidied up the grounds even mowing the lawns. A small repair was needed to the deck, they made sure this was done. Some vegetation was overgrown, they organized a contractor to come in. They kept us fully informed every step of the way including many phone calls to Australia, organized stagers to come in, suggested how to improve parts of the outside we got our son to do that part and he ended up requiring sutures in his leg, help sort roofing and building reports for the buyer and let us know the result and then negotiated settlement date very quickly because that suited us and the buyers. We could not have done this without them. Chris and Arlene are always well presented, not pushy, well organized, knowledgeable, informative and are simply a very nice couple. They are a credit to Professionals because they are simply the best.

Great͏ service and Personal Attention Sabina and the Professionals Team stood out from the day we started our campaign, nothing was too much trouble and Sabina brought her personal touch and her personality with her, our marketing campaign was right on with a vibrant edgy feel and things went well for us and for the team, we were really impressed with the entire package and would go to Sabina first if we were to go to marketing, buying or selling Sabina and the Professionals team give it all, thaks for great, personal and Professionals service.
