Referred to Steve by one of his retired colleagues to assist in the remote sale of my Mother's house so she could move into a Residential Care facility.  Throughout the process Steve was fantastic to deal with and kept us both up to speed every step of the way. A great result was achieved in very short order - a fraction of the time that listings are normally on the market. Gets͏ the Job Done I don't have a lot of spare time to write reviews. But I would just like to say that Lesley has AGAIN completed the task of selling a home for us and her professional approach pun intended, is always appreciated by people on all sides of a sales and purchase agreement. Outstanding! My͏ family and I are hugely grateul to Steve for all his support and hard work in helping us buy our first property in New Zealand. His communication was exactly as needed, he thought outside the box for us when required and made what is usually a stressful process very easy on us. To top all that off, he is an absolute gem - a genuinely lovely person.

Quick͏ clear and professional. Very clear information about the house of all the extras that were added to the house over the years. Walked us through showing us and telling us about the house. Any faults/ positives were addressed on the day. sent us through all information via email lim reports etc. All in all very good service quick and efficient step by step knowledge and we are sooo excited to move in to our very own house. Thank you again Lesley Sinclair and team for making this dream become a reality.

Mike King is fabulous͏ - best real estate agent I have ever dealt with Mike͏ is the easiest real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Extremely good with his communication with both vendor and purchaser. He knows the market inside and out and knows exactly what is happening in the areas. Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing/selling a house.

I was initially having trouble selling my property in welcome bay at the start of this year - I enlisted Mike king as my real estate agent and he was incredible Arranged staging, fantastic advertising, every Sunday open homes and updates Mike managed to sell my property for a great value in this difficult time Highly recommend if you want to sell your house
