I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact we now avoid renting places that are managed by them no matter how great the unit is. They are terrible to work with. The women are rude and they do not have the tenants best interests in mind. They don’t get back to you. When they do inspections they make comments about trivial things like toothpaste spots on the bathroom vanity. Yet if there are real hazards requiring repairs by the owner, they never get fixed. They might save owners money in the short term, but long term the owner loses because unhappy tenants leave. Also the move out process was a nightmare. They made us have the place professionally cleaned twice. They made our neighbors come back to clean up a dead cockroach in their parking space before they would give them their deposit back. Ridiculous. Do not rent through them.

Excellent service from Professionals Mermaid Beach. Would highly recommend this Real Estate to both tenants and owners. Staff are very polite and helpful.

I use the Professionals of Mermaid Beach and in particular Theresa of the letting dept and have had nothing but the best and competent service it would be possible to have. I would recommend them to any landlord requiring the optimum professionalism.

The staff are rude, you can submit an application and not be notified of the outcome. They do not return calls. After repeated calls resulted in a "owner said no," then a click noise for being hung up on. You are treated like dirt. If you can avoid the you should. Buy or rent from anyone else.
