I have been  extremely  satisfied with the Professionals  Atherton  rental management services. My rental property  has been under their management for 8 years. The property is in superb condition  & has not deteriorated as is common when landlords manage by themselves from a distance. They have always selected excellent  tenants, done rigorous inspections every 3 mths, and organised essential  repairs efficiently. Communication with me has been clear. Financial  reports are provided monthly. Choosing this agency to manage my property  has made the whole experience  stress-free for me. I highly recommend  this team.

If you want an honest, reliable, very friendly and professional real-estate agent, then I highly recommend Tim and his crew at Professionals  Atherton Real Estate.  I have had several dealing with Tim and his staff and there is no bull dust attached with these guys, which is really refreshing. Tim tells it as it is and is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you everyone at Professionals Atherton Real Estate.

They were told a month before hand that we had no interest in staying or continuing the lease. And zero action was taken by them, no initiative on their side. Instead a week before leaving we're told we have to give two weeks notice even though the lease ends in a week and that we're required to pay an extra weeks rent. Lazy and lackluster, would not recommend

In 40 year of dealing with real estate agents, this is the most the technologically primitive, pointlessly bureaucratic and unhelpful and unfriendly business I have ever come across. Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are much, much better agents in Atherton.

The one of the very best Real Estate  that  I ever had for over a many of years,  Professional staff are very  friendly and helpful you couldn't  have ask for more. Keep up you great positive and honest work Professional team!!
