I asked the owner if they were capable of the first two photos and a quote. The owner said $90 for it but additional $5-$10 on top for extra length = roughly $100. When the staff started the shape was already bulky and not right. I asked for coffin and received rounded wide nails. I asked her to fix my apex and nail curvature/structure but she just filled down the nail bed. The design I asked required heart glitters to be encapsulated in the acrylic which the worker didn’t want to do when i asked- rather just stick ontop and seal with gel. Workers were confused on how to tackle and actually said that design would be $120 instead. I agreed but wanted to confirm if they were actually able to do it since I’m paying that much. “We will try our best but skill differs for everyone”. The workers then swapped as they seemed to not want to service me. The new worker became snappy with me and wouldn’t listen to anything I asked of her. Wanted to only do it her way and her method - acting oblivious and treating me disrespectfully. None of the staff listened to me and brushed me off. Any remark or question I had was disregarded. There wasn’t a language barrier either as I was speaking politely in Vietnamese to ensure they understood. I asked to stop as I was unhappy with the entire process saying I can pay $120 if you want me too. “I’ll only charge $75 to be fair”. Thanks.
I had my nails done yesterday. I shied the girl a photo of what I wanted. Which was very basic. A natural colour and then coloured tips. I trudged her to put the correct colour on á the base. End result very disappointing. Nails are nothing like the photo. First photo is ehat I wanted. Second photo what I got .Service: Acrylic nails
The best salon in mirabooka square, i go here when i cant get into my regular salon. very clean and always get attended to quickly despite how busy they may be. I've had great experiences, and mediocre ones here too. Just depends on who you get but all the nail techs are really lovely and make an effort to really look after you, I was in a rush to get to work and I had two people work on my hands so I could get out the door quicker.

so overpriced for what your getting but still cute and fast. I had to pay 90$ for french but instead of white tips it was glitter, someone i know got nail design and costed less than the amount.Service: Acrylic nails
Service was friendly. Just less then an hr they charged me $120 I was shocked too expencive then any other places I had been. No designs either. $30 extra they charged then any other places. Quite literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, I got there and asked for what I wanted and got sat, choose my colour and then literally 20 minutes later did the lady start working on my nails, I asked for almond and I got round and not to mention she cut me twice whilst doing my nails, I was in such a rush by then that I didn’t even mention that she also gave me the wrong colour!! The lady next to me received the same thing I did and the ONLY difference was the colour she got charged $50 whilst I got charged $60 and on top of all this I’m complaining on behalf of the three girls who each asked if then could get extensions on their toes, we’re all good yes and then told after that no they can’t do it, and they lady next to me was told to wash and pay before they did colour and she then had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came back to keep goingService: Manicure
I was very disgusted yesterday when I went in with my mum to get our usual refills. My mum got charged an extra for shellac and refills because her nail were apparently hard to do.... that shouldn't matter and you shouldn't be able to change the price... get someone who can or explain why you can't she would of change her mind had she known. I was give someone who wasn't qualified as she tried to drill my old acrylic off after I told her my nail had a split need to be cut first. It was so painful she could tell it really hurt after and she allowed me to cut my own nail as i didnt trust she was fully experienced too. I've never had a nail tech try drill a nail off instead of cutting it. Then she didn't even ask what shape or length I wanted, then tried to act like it was my fault. Just be clear and communitcate what you want first and be sure the price before agreeing to anything.
Staff are always chirpy, smiling, work fast and get what you want. Best place
Good place to get nails done they have enormous options for nail colors and art. Also no appointment needed.
