Was a walk in customer for an acrylic refill and pedicure today and the experience was definitely less than pleasant. My feet were “massaged” while they were soaking off old polish with acetone, the water was cold and once I got home I noticed I had nail polish on my skin. The acrylic refill was rough and the technician drilled my nails so much that they began to feel hot. I went here specifically because they were advertising 20% off services due to being under new management and you can imagine my surprise when I went to pay and was told my total was $115. Writing on behalf of my elderly mother. The other day she came in to get her acrylic nails. The nail technician was very rough and upon mum warning her a couple times, repeatedly hurt her which resulted in bleeding and cuts on her cuticles. Furthermore my mother ended up having a couple infections on her fingers. My mother was very distressed as she asked her to stop and she did not. After yelling at her to STOP , another nail technician had to take over. The business did not reveal the nail technicians name to avoid a bad review. This girl had zero empathy or care for her client.  There was no apology from this girl. AVOID  the girl with the nose piercing!!! Very unprofessional and unacceptable. My mother felt undignified and completely traumatised.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I used to go to this salon often with no issues, but recently they started bumping up the price disregarding the actual price list. They initially charged me $55 for acrylic refills which is more than the full set I payed for. When I confronted them about this, they put the price down to the original value. Same thing happened to my sister when she came in with a student discount to get a full set of acrylic and they said it would be $75, after being confronted they bumped it back down to $35. I have been going here for years! Only nail place I will go. They are so friendly and are always making sure I am happy with my nails. They are great at nail designs. Always satisfied and impressed. Always leave happy :

Great OPI colour range. Quality varies though. 3 weeks ago I had a perfect polish, today though different story, lots of smudges, inconsistent coverage. Not happy!

The girls here are fun and friendly.  especially a girl named Lyn who wears two diamond rings.  I finished my nails here beautifully and am very pleased with it.  I will come back next time.

This is a great nail salon but I was not sure why I got charged extra for the shape. Still a wonderful salon!! :
