It was the worst experience I've ever had. I went there today to get shellac in French white style. First my middle finger was hurt and bleeding. My thumb felt painful while shaping, when I told the lady it hurts I got an attitude. 'its hot or hurt? If it's hot you should told me! I didn't touch your skin!' She responded in a rude and impatient way. What's even worse is that I noticed there is a gap between each of my own nail and the clear tip they put on. I've attached the photos in this review. I was very upset about her rude attitude and the terrible work she has done, I asked to have the shellac all removed and I'll leave. The owner approached and said you need to pay extra if you want to remove them and mentioned the lady just spent an hour here with me. I refused as not only the work itself is terrible and in-completed, also my time is precious too and It wasn’t even my fault. I was left with no choice but to ask them remove it for me. The lady even blamed on me for choosing the clear tip which caused the gaps. I think its ridiculous. This is not my first time getting shellac with clearing tips to make my nails longer. This happened simply because she didn't pick the right sized tips. It's not worth it to argue with them, I walked out and went straight to the customer service to lodge a complaint. People there were super nice, they advised me to also call the Fair-work, gave me free parking ticket and walked me to another nail shop. I had to pay extra to remove the nail and re-do the color. As a customer it's unfair to be treated in this way. I would never come back and suggest everyone avoid this shop.
Possibly the worst gel nails I’ve had in a long time. Used to come here quite often before a few years back but it seems like it’s no longer up to the same standards anymore. When walking in, the shop does not look as clean and there’s various sign suggesting that there’s no efpost only bank transfer, inconsistent prices, etc which was fine with me after the staff clarified everything. What puts nail in the coffin is the service itself. After sitting down confirming that I’d like to do manicure with gel polish, the girl did not ask me what shape, was quite rough with the cuticle cutters. Not sure if it is the colour, which is DND 762 sapphire not being a good polish itself or the staff wanting to go home I came in around 3:45 feeling as if she’s rushing through the application. The base coat was streaky, but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and let her do her job, then everything went downhill from there. The polish was bubbly, after I mentioned, she just put another coat over it which kinda helped-ish, but she’s applied so much polish that some of the nails you can see is clearly being over flooded with too much polish, the top coat then was applied rather messily as well which went everywhere. After bringing up the issues throughout the application, most of them were ignore, she just said “I’ll fix it later” and simply used a file to slightly taking down the edges which really does not help. I guess you really get what you pay for, $35 later I was left with baroque pearl looking nails. I wish I had just either went to a different salon or painted my own nails with some regular nail polishes as I belligerent any other amateur could’ve done a better job than what I’ve paid for.
The people were nice, but the service was kinda bad. I got cut, nail polish all over my hands, and acrylic stuck on my fingers. Design also did not look like the picture shown
The worth nails shop I see in my whole life ,, First they are really angry and no any respect to customer, I asked them 2 times about colours they was so bad behaviour to me, and one of the lady fixed my nails morning until now I have nails pain ! All my fingers is pain , I paid $105 for just arcylich and feet shellac colour no any pedicure! I never , ever back to this shop Service: Nail extensions
Do not listen to their wait times. The guy said 20 minutes and 1 hour later we were still waiting so we left. I heard him tell 3 different people it would be 20 minutes, seems to be what he says to everyone.
I’ve been visiting here for a while but the last few times the nails have chipped after 1.5 weeks with SNS. Especially paying extra you expect it to last longer. Maybe some staff need to take more care and do nails properly
Don't mind my messy cuticles and the accidental pen mark but this is a place where u get what you pay for for sure, if you dont mind the odd shape now and then, they're actually quite nice and will treat you well. First photo with grey nails is 5 days after I got acrylics, don't mind my messy cuticles and the pen mark, I didn't pay for the manicure part. Second photo with nude ish nails is the infill I just did.
Horrendous experience!! I did colours on my toes and fingers, the lady forgot to put the topping layer on toes and I had to ask for it at the very end. Super confusing. Also cut my finger when filing it, I had literally say ‘ouch’ then she would stop. Way too overpriced as well. :
Worst service. They finished my pedicure within 10 minutes. No massage, din even clean the nails properly.they just wanted to finish. Poor service.Service: Pedicure
I felt everything was quite rushed and the worst was my pedicure as I explained I needed my dead skin of the heel removed but the lady just said it’s fine and used a scrubber. She didn’t use the dead skin removal tool which other nail salons normally used. I walked away without any cream as they mixed the cream and exfoliant together then washed it off and my soles are flaky and dry which really defeats the purpose of the pedicure. I noticed they didn’t have the dead skin removal tool in any of their pedicure tool packs. I have to go to another place to sort out my heels now.Services: Pedicure
